Nielsen Media Research — which is a global information, data, and measurement company that provides a comprehensive understanding of what consumers watch and buy — is looking for a number of Field Service Representatives, a vast majority of which are offered as full-time jobs.
Your responsibilities, should you get accepted to the job, vary depending on the region and the job you apply for. Typically, you will be working alongside other Nielsen Panel Members and Nielsen Families to help them install, maintain and use the equipment provided by the company. Also, you will be collecting and reporting Panel demographics and audience information using Nielsen proprietary software.
Nielsen will make sure you are well prepared, and will provide you with training, a laptop and perhaps even a mobile phone. You don’t even need a bachelor degree to get started — a high school diploma will work just as well (in some cases).
For your efforts — which could easily including working in the afterhours and during weekends — you will be rewarded with a competitive compensation package including base annual salary (in some cases it starts at $36,400) plus bonuses, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance.
