Capital One and Sony have prepared a card for PlayStation fans that allows them to get something back (10x points) for every dollar they spend at the PlayStation Store. The card also rewards some entertainment purchase with triple points, while a single point per dollar is awarded for everything else. How It Works?
Earn points: Get 10 points for every dollar spent on PlayStation Store purchases, 3 points per dollar spent on mobile phone bills, fast food restaurants, and movie theaters, as well as at authorized PlayStation and Sony retailers when you submit a Sony Rewards Bonus Points form. All other purchases earn one point per dollar spent.
Redeem points: Through Sony Rewards for merchandise such as Sony and PlayStation games, hardware, store codes, gift cards, and music. When you redeem for store codes or gift codes, each point is worth around one cent.
Sign-up bonus: 5,000 points after your first purchase with the card within 90 days of account opening.
Custom card image: Cardmembers are able to personalize this card by selecting an image based on the most popular PlayStation video games. A standard card design is also available.
APR: The card comes with 0% introductory APR on purchases until June 2017. A variable APR ranging from 14.24% to 24.99% will apply after that.

Pros
- Sign-up bonus of 5,000 points worth $50 – it’s not much but then again, this card doesn’t have an annual fee.

- Rewards on other entertainment purchases – not just on Sony-made products; you will also be earning triple points on purchases at fast food restaurants and movie theaters.
Cons
- Intro APR only applies to purchases – carrying balance will still cost you between 14.24% and 24.99%.
- Earning triple points at authorized PlayStation and Sony retailers requires an extra hassle — to fill out the Bonus Points form. It’s not that much of an effort, but we would like this to be automatic, nevertheless.
