Want to sleep at a fancy hotel for free? You need two things: a) excellent credit history/score; and b) great credit card. We can’t directly help you with the “a” but we can definitely help you with the “b”.
As you are probably aware, airlines are not the only major companies having their own credit cards; major hotel chains offer them too. Also, as banks work with hotels, their own reward programs allow users to convert points to free stays, or room upgrades and other perks at various hotels. These are usually major hotel chains like Hyatt, Hilton, Starwood, InterContinental, Marriott, etc. And since those hotels are available all around the world, cardmembers will have no problems finding a place stay, no matter where they happen to be/travel.
